When I ask a question, anticipating a certain answer is when I get the most surprising answers. Recently on Facebook, Twitter, Google+, Instagram, and MeWe, we asked two simple questions: are you still playing Pathfinder 1e, and do you see yourself changing to 2e (or the playtest) anytime soon? I anticipated a mix of everything from already switched to never gonna switch with the majority going to “skipping the playtest but converting at some point in the future.”
That was not what I had gotten. Not even close.
So I am putting up a poll to find out how you feel about the transition and what game you think you will be playing. Please answer and share your thoughts in the comments below. Make your voice heard. Please share this poll with your gaming group and other gaming friends. The poll closes Nov 9th so respond and share now.

If you are planning on continuing with PF1e, show your support to those that support the game.
I do admit that for quite some time I did not “get” Fate. I tried to. I’ve read the Dresden Files RPG books as well as the FATE Core RPG book. I played in a few games at conventions. But for whatever reason it just didn’t feel I understood the game. That all changed this past weekend. I played in a Dune-verse Fate Core game (thank you to the excellent GM and the guys in the group for a good time) and for whatever reason, it all just clicked somewhere in the middle of it. Now I feel the Fate rules and mechanics are something I can play with and more important to this post, work with.
So this brings us to you. What would you like to see for Fate? What is your preferred playing genre? Let us know what you are interested in by voting in our poll. And please leave a comment below if you want to see something specific designed for the game.
We previously announced that this GenCon, we will be releasing Book of Beasts: Legendary Foes, a full-color monster books focused on the high level of play so you have a sufficient breath of monsters to choose from in your Mythic games. These collection of monsters will feature a dizzying collection of monsters that should scare the crap out of most players. We were discussing what monster should be on the cover when we came up with the idea of asking you. So we created a poll for you to vote on which monster you want to grace the cover of Book of Beasts: Legendary Foes. These are our top choices. Please let us know which you would like to see.
Thank you in advance and please share this with your friends. Voting will end Wednesday of next week so please share far and wide before then.
